KRD10 series is a full-automatic hydraulic lifting vertical shock testing machine, with the state-of-the-art design, high degree of automation, simple operation and convenient maintenance. Engineers adopt it to test and measure the shock resistance of products or packaging, simulate the shock environment in laboratory to assess the functional reliability and structural integrity in a real impact environment. KRD10 series hydraulic shock test system can perform various types shock waveforms to realize shock energy that the product is subjected to in the actual environment, thereby improving the system or optimizing the structure of the product. This equipment meets standards of MIL-STD-810F and IEC68-2-27.

Features:

  1. Windows OS: full-automatic remote-control interface, the operator only needs to input simple values, integrated IPS-2000 shock control & measuring system can accurately execute the shock test
  2. Multi-track guide posts: combined with good lubricity and noise free hydraulic balance lifting system to achieve stable shifting
  3. Automatic control of lifting height: with high accuracy and good repeatability
  4. Adopts the high strength and hardness cast aluminum table: which has high first-order resonance frequency, featured with low noise and no clutter
  5. Inner brake mechanism: to avoid secondary rebound bumps and more stable positioning of the table
  6. Shock waveforms: half-sine waves, post-peak sawtooth waves, or square waves
  7. Free-foundation: The shock testing machine comes with a high-performance buffer and vibration isolation device, just put it on the level floor, the installation is convenient
  8. One-stop for measurement & analysis: various waveform tolerance bands for reference standards are built in the software, users just need to apply and start, customized test report will be generated after the test.

System composition:

The KRD10 series hydraulic shock test system is composed of three parts: a table body, a hydraulic control system, and an electrical control measurement system. Hydraulic Shock Tester Table

The basic body of the shock tester table is KRD10 series hydraulic lifting vertical shock tester, which is a free-falling vertical shock tester with hydraulic lifting and hydraulic braking. It is composed of shock table body, hydraulic source, electrical control, etc.

The platform body includes: working table, two guide rods, frame, air spring support system, lifting cylinder, displacement sensor, damper, hydraulic locking mechanism, etc.


Half-sine Wave Generator
 


KRD10 series hydraulic shock test system is equipped with a half-sine wave generator. The half-sine wave generator is mainly made of engineering rubber (considering the stiffness and cohesive force of rubber) and felt pads of various thicknesses. Different thicknesses are connected in series to form multiple stiffnesses to achieve different shock pulse widths. In order to meet the test requirements of large overload impact, we choose the material imported from Japan as the fixed pulse width half sine wave generator. Its material stability and service life are much higher than the domestic similar products. 

Measurement And Control Instrument

The measurement and control instrument mainly control the lifting of the shock table, the acquisition and processing of the height signal and the signal acquisition and processing of the acceleration sensor. The instrument is shown in the following figure.

Shock Amplifier


The free-fall shock table is equipped with a shock amplifier to achieve high acceleration shock.
