KRD61 series 6-DOF test table is six-degree-of-freedom multi-functional closed-loop servo motion simulation test equipment. It is applied to provide the user's system single 6-DOF (X, Y, Z, α, β, γ) motion of longitudinal, horizontal, vertical, roll, pitch, and heave. It can swing periodically according to the set amplitude and frequency, and can also import the road spectrum to track the movement.
KRD61 series 6-DOF test table can be widely used in testing or training simulators in the fields of flight, ship, helicopter, automotive, take-off and landing, train driving, earthquakes, movies, entertainment equipment, etc. It can even be used for docking of space spacecraft and refueling docking of aerial tankers. In the processing industry, it can be made into six-axis linkage machine tools, intelligent robots, etc.

Composition of KRD61 6-DOF Test Table
KRD61 6-DOF test table is mainly composed of three parts: mechanical structure, electrical control system, and measurement and control software.
The 6-DOF simulation table includes an upper platform, a lower platform, an upper hinge, a lower hinge, and a servo actuator. The servo actuator is composed of an electric cylinder and a servo motor. The servo actuator receives the control signal of the servo control system, performs work on the platform, and enables the upper platform to realize the specified simulation movement.

What Is Multi-Axial Simulation Table?
Multi-Axial Simulation Table (MAST) simulates the vibration of real-world environments in laboratory. Element provides multi-axial vibration testing for a full range of vehicle components and assemblies, delivering the data that automotive engineers need to develop safer, more reliable, and dependable vehicles and their associated components.
A simulation table is an automotive test system specifically designed for the high-frequency testing of vehicle components. It is sometimes also called a Multi-Axis Shaker Table or MAST.
They can simulate acceleration and displacement outputs and reproduce key data collected on proving grounds, by providing a full six degrees of freedom (6 DOF).
These test systems consist of hexapod platform with a low resonance table on top. The test system can be used to simulate any kind of vibration in all six degrees of freedom.
The movements of the test system are tightly controlled by a digital test controller.
