KRD100 series inclined impact tester is a testing machine that evaluates the ability of loads to withstand inclined impacts or crushing forces due to the force of gravity. These impacts and forces can affect the stability and safety of the packaging products. KRD100 series can prevent these problems from affecting the goods being transported and loaded, thereby avoiding shock damages.
It can simulate packaging and packaging containers, horizontal shock and bump environment in the process of transportation, handling, stacking of shelves, sliding of motors, loading and unloading of locomotives. This testing machine is suitable for incline impact test in the industries like packaging technology center, manufactory of packages, transportation, scientific research institutions etc. It complies with the international standard ISO 2248 and ISTA relevant standards.

Table of KRD100 Incline Impact Tester
KRD100 inclined impact testing table is mainly composed of working table, impact panel, guide rails, work trolleys, equipment rack, motor and baffles etc.
The test sample is placed on the work trolley, and the friction force is used to make the test sample and the trolley have no relative movement during the movement process before the impact. During the impact, the test sample should be able to move freely relative to the trolley.
