KRD31 series constant acceleration tester is arm-type structure centrifuge-type testing machine with the characteristics of reliable operation, convenient maintenance, multiple function, easy control and adjustment. There are two types of acceleration tests. Type I is a performance test to verify the ability of components to adapt to the acceleration environment; Type II is a structural test to verify the ability of the component structure to withstand the acceleration environment. Components should generally be subjected to these two types of tests, and after passing the prescribed performance test in each direction, the structural test in each direction is then assessed. KRD31 series constant acceleration tester can be used to these two types of tests, which is suitable for testing electronic components or devices. It is a standard laboratory centrifuge based standards like MIL-STD-810, IEC68-2-7, MIL-STD-202, MIL-STD-750, MIL-STD-883.

System composition:
Composition of KRD31 Constant Acceleration Tester
This system is mainly composed of rotating arm assembly, transmission system, box and base, frequency conversion measurement and control system, monitoring system, door control safety system, etc.
The constant acceleration test table is includes slip ring, reducer, motor, arm, coupling, optical encoder, etc. The test in different directions can be carried out by changing the installation direction of the sample on the rotating arm installation plane.
The three-phase asynchronous motor drives a pair of bevel gears with a large reduction ratio to decelerate through a flexible coupling. The large bevel gears are installed on the rotating main shaft, and the working arm is also fixedly connected to the rotating main shaft, thereby driving the working arm to rotate around the main shaft.
Measurement and Control System
The system is a speed control system composed of a computer, board card, display, printer, etc., which can complete the setting of test parameters, data acquisition calculations and proportional integral calculations, display and printing functions, signal acquisition, system security protection, etc.
From the interface, you can observe the product's acceleration running curve, rotating arm speed, product installation radius, running time and other test information.
