KRD32 series non-standard constant acceleration tester is box-type test machine for electronic components, small components and other electrical and electronic products to simulate dynamic centrifugal motion, dual-environmental force centrifugal motion and central high-speed rotating motion, spin shock compound motion, centrifugal vibration compound motion. It is used to assess whether the structural adaptability and performance are good under the force generated by components, small parts and small complete machine on aircraft, and assess the structural integrity of some components.

Working principle

Control system composition
The electrical part of the system consists of two parts: control and execution. The execution part is completed by the frequency conversion controller. The control part is automatically controlled by a computer, which completes the constant acceleration stability control of the centrifuge system.
