Description:
KRD10 series is a full-automatic hydraulic lifting vertical shock testing machine, with the state-of-the-art design, high degree of automation, simple operation and convenient maintenance. Engineers adopt it to test and measure the shock resistance of products or packaging, simulate the shock environment in laboratory to assess the functional reliability and structural integrity in a real impact environment. KRD10 series hydraulic shock test system can perform various types shock waveforms to realize shock energy that the product is subjected to in the actual environment, thereby improving the system or optimizing the structure of the product. This equipment meets standards of MIL-STD-810F and IEC68-2-27.

- Multi-track guide posts combined with good lubricity and noise free hydraulic balance lifting system to achieve stable shifting
- Automatic control of lifting height with high accuracy and good repeatability
- Adopts the high strength and hardness cast aluminum table, which has high first-order resonance frequency, featured with low noise and no clutter
- Built-in brake mechanism to avoid secondary rebound bumps and more secure positioning of the table
- Multiple waveforms: it can perform conventional half-sine waves, post-peak sawtooth waves, or trapezoid waves
- One-stop test: built-in test standards meet various requirements to help users to complete test in one stop
- Free-foundation: The shock testing machine comes with a high-performance buffer and vibration isolation device, just put it on the level floor, the installation is convenient
Hydraulic Shock Tester Table:
The basic body of the shock tester table is KRD10 series hydraulic lifting vertical shock tester, which is a free-falling vertical shock tester with hydraulic lifting and hydraulic braking. It is composed of shock table body, hydraulic source, electrical control, etc.
The table platform includes: working table, two guide rods, frame, air spring support system, lifting cylinder, displacement sensor, damper, hydraulic locking mechanism, etc.
The shock table adopts hydraulic drive, lifting cylinder lifting, high-pressure oil brake positioning, free fall, high-pressure oil-liquid brake to prevent secondary impact. The structure schematic diagram and pictures are shown in following figure:
