KRD20 pneumatic bump test machine is a fully automatic pneumatic lift vertical bump test system. It is vertical bump test equipment with novel design, high degree of automation, simple operation and convenient maintenance. It is used to measure and determine the bump resistance of products or packaging, and assess the functional reliability and structural integrity of the test product under bump environments. The pneumatic bump tester can perform various conventional classic bump tests to realize the bump wave and bump energy that the product suffers in the actual environment, thereby improving the system or optimizing the structure of the product. This equipment meets the requirements of MIL-STD-810F, IEC68-2-27 and other standards.

Pneumatic Bump Tester Table
The system composition diagram of the bump test machine mainly include test machine table, control measuring instrument, acceleration sensor, etc.
The bump test machine consists of three parts: the body of the bump test machine, the gas system and the control and measurement system.
Pneumatic bump test machine is a pneumatic lift vertical bump tester. The product structure is shown in the following. The air pressure release system is adopted to increase the bump energy and achieve a greater end-of-bump velocity, thereby achieving the specified bump acceleration.
