KRD60 series 3-DOF test table is three-degree-of-freedom servo hydraulic driving motion simulation platform. It is used to simulate the operation state, adaptability and reliability to the environment of ship equipment in tilting and swaying states under sea conditions. It is widely used in the performance test of shipboard equipment, navigation equipment, gyroscope and platform compass.
Tilt and sway is a basic environment for machinery, electrical and electronic products placed on ships, seaplanes, and offshore oil exploration platforms. The tilt test is mainly suitable for large-angle tilt caused by ship damage, maneuvering, unbalanced loading and unloading, and wind force. The sway test is mainly applicable to long-term swaying of the ship under the action of external forces such as wind and waves, which must remain normal or work reliably, and the product has a significant impact on its performance under the swinging environment.

Composition of KRD60 3-DOF Test Table
KRD60 3-DOF simulation table is generally composed of hardware and software. Its hardware system generally includes working tables, servo hydraulic cylinders, universal hinges, electro-hydraulic servo units, motion hydraulic systems, etc. The software system includes computer parameter generation for the swing environment, and motion curve drawing, real-time monitoring of the movement process, closed-loop measurement control, operating platform, etc.

What Is Multi-Axial Simulation Table?
Multi-Axial Simulation Table (MAST) simulates the vibration of real-world environments in laboratory. Element provides multi-axial vibration testing for a full range of vehicle components and assemblies, delivering the data that automotive engineers need to develop safer, more reliable, and dependable vehicles and their associated components.
A simulation table is an automotive test system specifically designed for the high-frequency testing of vehicle components. It is sometimes also called a Multi-Axis Shaker Table or MAST.
They can simulate acceleration and displacement outputs and reproduce key data collected on proving grounds, by providing a full six degrees of freedom (6 DOF).
These test systems consist of hexapod platform with a low resonance table on top. The test system can be used to simulate any kind of vibration in all six degrees of freedom.
The movements of the test system are tightly controlled by a digital test controller.
