KRD51 series transportation bounce testing machine is mainly suitable for simulating the constant loose cargo state of the bulk product transport process of random impact environmental testing. To determine the adaptability of free bounce, bump and friction between products or between products and trunk side, trunk bottom plate to bulk transportation and evaluate the reliability and integrity of product structure during overland transportation of bulk products. The random shock environment simulated by it cannot replace the random vibration environment simulated by the transportation simulation vibration testing machine.
In general, containers carrying civilian hardware (e.g., medical supplies, electronics, weapons, communications equipment) need to be transported over long distances and must be transported off-road. All of these items must remain functional when they reach their destination. KRD51 bounce testing machine can efficiently simulate the constant loose cargo state during truck transport. This equipment complies with the international standard ISO-2247, MIL STD-810, ASTM-D999 and ISTA relevant standards.

Transportation BounceTest Table
KRD51 transportation bounce test machine is mainly composed of working table, enclosures, and two pairs of eccentric mechanisms, transmission devices, mounting seats, hinge bearing, etc.
The working table is made of steel frame and solid wood board, and then laminated or steel plate is laid as required. The enclosure consists of a steel frame and solid wood strips. It is used to limit the horizontal movement of the sample and accept the impact of the sample due to bounce. The movement of the eccentric mechanism causes vertical and horizontal displacement of the worktable.

The simulation conditions are: a random vibration environment generated when the vehicle is traveling at a speed of 20-60km/h on a medium-level pavement of a third-level or fourth-level highway. The test equipment can assess the adaptability of the product under the packaging or unpacking, withstand the vibration of vehicle transportation and evaluate the structural integrity.
