Description:

KRD17 series is a new designed fully automatic pneumatic lifting bidirectional shock test system with high degree of automation, simple operation and convenient maintenance. It is a bidirectional vertical shock test system developed for measuring and determining the impact resistance of large specimens without turning over them, and assesses the functional reliability and structural integrity of the specimens. It is especially used in the field of battery testing, can perform various conventional classic vertical upward and downward shock tests in one test table to realize the shock wave and impact energy suffered by the product in the actual environment. This equipment meets standards of IEC68-2-27, MIL-STD-202, MIL-STD-750, MIL-STD-810, MIL-STD-883, UN38.3 and other battery testing standards.

System composition:

The KRD17 series pneumatic bidirectional vertical shock test system composition diagram is shown in the following figure. It mainly includes a test machine body, control measuring instrument, acceleration sensor, etc.

Bidirectional Vertical Shock Table

This bidirectional shock test table is composed of a circulating air storage cylinder, a pneumatic self-locking control mechanism up and down each, a forward impact plate, a reverse impact plate, a locking mechanism, a base and other parts.

The circulating accumulator is used as the shock power cylinder. The pneumatic brake device locks the table at the set position. The circulating accumulator is inflated. After the air pressure reaches the set value, the locking device is controlled to release, and the circulating storage cylinder drives the table to accelerate upward and downward movement, and impacts the waveform generator on the impact plate to produce the required shock waveform.
 


Waveform Generators

KRD17 series bidirectional shock test system is equipped with a half sine wave generator. The half-sine wave generator is mainly made of engineering rubber (considering the stiffness and cohesive force of rubber) and felt pads of various thicknesses. Different thicknesses are connected in series to form multiple stiffnesses to achieve different shock pulse widths. Optional for post-peak sawtooth wave generator which is lead cone; trapezoidal wave generator air source is high-pressure nitrogen, the pressure range is 1-10MPa, and the overload value can be adjusted between 10-100g, as shown in following figure:
Measurement And Control Instrument

The measurement and control instrument mainly control the lifting of the shock table, the acquisition and processing of the height signal and the signal acquisition and processing of the acceleration sensor. The instrument is shown in following figure.


Shock Amplifier

The shock amplifier is a device that uses the rebound energy of the ordinary impact shock table to realize the opposite impact between the servo table and the seat on the amplifier, so that the impact acceleration is multiplied.
