KRD12 series shock tester is pneumatic cylinder driving horizontal shock/bump testing machine with the advantages of ingenious design, high technical performance, high safety and reliability, and easy operation. It is suitable for evaluating the functional reliability and structural integrity of various produ-cts under horizontal shock or bump environment, so as to improve or optimize the structural design or product structure.
It is shock test equipment mainly aimed at the specimen that cannot be realized by the vertical shock table or the fixture must be installed horizontally. KRD12 series pneumatic horizontal shock test machine is multi-functional design of the test machine combined with the shock test and the bump test, is the mainstream product of current classic horizontal shock test requirements. This horizontal shock testing machine complies with IEC68-2-27, MIL-STD-202, MIL-STD-750, MIL-STD-810, MIL-STD-883, and other standards.

System composition:
Pneumatic horizontal shock test system is composed of test machine body, shock control measurement controller, aerodynamic system, waveform generator and other parts.
Pneumatic Horizontal Shock Table
The shock table is a rigid structure, and there are mounting holes on the table, which are mainly used to support the test fixture. By changing the installation method or direction of the test product, tests in different directions can be carried out.
The pneumatic horizontal shock testing table consists of working table, shock push plate, control cylinder, grating sensor, pneumatic self-locking mechanism, and pneumatic return device etc. The schematic structure is shown in the figure.
Waveform Generators
The pneumatic horizontal shock test system is equipped with a fixed half-sine wave generator. The half sine wave generator is mainly made of engineering rubber and industrial felt (considering the stiffness and polymerization force of rubber). Waveform generator is generally designed with several different thicknesses. Different thicknesses are connected in series to form a variety of stiffness to achieve different shock pulse width. Optional for post-peak sawtooth wave generator which is lead cone; trapezoidal wave generator air source is high-pressure nitrogen, the pressure range is 1-10MPa, and the overload value can be adjusted between 10-100g, as shown in following figure:
Measurement And Control Instrument
The measurement and control instrument mainly controls the movement of the shock table, the acquisition and processing of signals, and the acquisition and processing of signals from the acceleration sensor. Considering the needs of the system environment and convenient operation, the computer is directly connected to the measuring and controlling instrument, and the platform is connected to the controller.
The system uses IPS-2000 software, which includes two functions: control and measurement. The measurement system is mainly used to measure the shock test parameters such as the acceleration, pulse duration, speed change and so on during the shock, and can print out all the measurement data. The maximum sampling rate of the acquisition channel is 192kHz. IPS-2000 measurement software has the advantages of friendly interface, convenient operation and reliable system.
