KRD13 series pneumatic high-energy shock test system is an automatic pneumatic lifting vertical pressure shock testing equipment. The high energy test system adopts pneumatic energy storage principle of expansion, by adjusting the internal pressure; make it in a short stroke to release high impact energy. This novel designed high energy shock test system is easy to operate, used to test the ability of the product to withstand shock damage in actual use, through this way we can evaluate the adaptability of the product to the impact environment and optimize the product structural strength according to the testing data. It is an excellent evaluation of the impact resistance of a product can effectively improve the reliability of the product in use.

KRD13 series pneumatic high-energy shock test system is composed of three parts: a table body, a pneumatic control system, and an electrical control measurement system.
KRD13 series pneumatic high-energy shock test system is a pneumatic lifting vertical pressure shock tester. The air pressure storage-release system is adopted, and the free fall impact is optimized and upgraded to an energy storage expansion shock system. The shock energy is greatly improved, and a larger shock end velocity is reached, thereby realizing a large shock overload that a free-fall impact table cannot achieve at the same height.
The high-energy shock testing table is mainly includes working table, impact plate, guiding shaft, expansion impact cylinder, locking unit, absorber, base, etc.
Waveform Generators
The pneumatic high-energy shock test system is equipped with a fixed half-sine wave generator. The half sine wave generator is mainly made of engineering rubber and industrial felt (considering the stiffness and polymerization force of rubber). Waveform generator is generally designed with several different thicknesses. Different thicknesses are connected in series to form a variety of stiffness to achieve different shock pulse width. Optional for post-peak sawtooth wave generator which is lead cone; trapezoidal wave generator air source is high-pressure nitrogen, the pressure range is 1-10MPa, and the overload value can be adjusted between 10-100g, as shown in following figure:
Measurement And Control Instrument
The measurement and control instrument mainly control the lifting of the shock table, the acquisition and processing of the height signal, and the signal acquisition and processing of the acceleration sensor. The instrument is shown in the figure.
The software of IPS-2000 includes two functions: control and mea-surement. The measurement system is mainly used to measure the acceleration, pulse duration, speed change and other shock test parameters during shock process, and all the measurement data can print out directly. The maximum sampling rate of the acquisition chan-nel is 192kHz. Ips-2000 measurement software has the advantages of friendly interface, convenient operation and reliable system.
Shock Amplifier
The shock amplifier is a device that uses the rebound energy of the ordinary impact shock table to realize the opposite impact between the servo table and the seat on the amplifier, so that the impact acceleration is multiplied.
