KRD70 series hydraulic vibration shaker is electronic hydraulic servo vibration test machine with the advantages of fast response speed, high anti-load rigidity, flexible control mode, high performance and high reliability.
The hydraulic vibration shaker is a device that converts and amplifies the energy of the electro-hydraulic servo valve, and converts the energy of the high-pressure liquid into a dynamic test system for the reciprocating motion of the simple actuator. Similar to the function of the electric vibration table, it can complete the functions of sinusoidal vibration, random vibration, transient shock, and road spectrum simulation. KRD70 series hydraulic vibration shaker is widely utilized for all kinds of products in aviation, marine, automotive, earthquake, packaging, transportation and other industries. It complies with the standard MIL STD-810, ASTM D4728, IEC 60068-2 and ISTA relevant standards.

Composition of KRD70 Hydraulic Vibration Shaker
KRD70 hydraulic vibration shaker system includes hydraulic vibration table, control cabinet, oil source system.
KRD70 hydraulic vibration table is mainly composed of table supporting mechanism, electro-hydraulic servo valve, actuator, working table, guide mechanism, oil filter, cooling system, etc.
When the hydraulic vibration test table vibrates vertically, it is driven by the vertical hydrostatic servo cylinder. When the horizontal vibration test is required, the hydrostatic servo cylinder can be turned over 90° and connected to the horizontal slip table to provide the drive. The hydraulic system and control system are controlled remotely by computer.

What Is Vibration Test?
Vibration testing is simulating the vibration environment by the shaker in laboratory, introducing force function into the UUT to test the response of the UUT to a defined vibration environment. Vibration testing is performed to test the product durability, integrity, fatigue life, resonant frequencies.
How to choose different types of vibration shakers?
There are three types of shaker systems-electrodynamic (ED) shaker, servo-hydraulic (hydraulic) shaker and mechanical shaker. The major specifications to consider are frequency range, displacement, acceleration, tested axes, payload and vibration/shock levels, and force rating. Since mechanical shaker can only test sine and was out of date, we discuss the other two types.
For relatively low-frequency vibration (typically less than 200 Hz), servo hydraulic shaker is adopted. Electrodynamic shaker is used for higher frequencies (typically 5 Hz to 2500 Hz). ED shaker's displacement is under 51mm (P-P), while hydraulic shaker can be up to 100mm (P-P). Moreover, if it's a significant force test, the hydraulic shaker will be the cost-effective choice.

Yes, if it's the low level (acceleration) and wide pulse duration shock test, e.g.: 4g@50ms, using vibration shaker is the best choice. What's the lowest frequency hydraulic vibration shaker can achieve?

Vibration test using the 1-inch fixed displacement method, peak-to-peak, at a predetermined frequency for the ISTA 1A and 1B procedures.
The 1C, 1D and 1E procedures require a vibration test using two alternative methods: fixed linear vertical displacement or random vibration.
Instead, for procedures 1G and 1H, the testing sequence requires a random vibration test. For the 2A and 2B procedures, the testing sequence outlines two testing procedures: the fixed-displacement vibration test and the random vibration test. However, the ISTA 2C procedures require a random vibration test under dynamic load. The ISTA 3A procedure is composed of different types of tests depending on the package to be tested (standard, small, flat or elongated) and its characteristics. In the case of vibration tests, the performance of a random vibration test with or without top load is required for all types of packages. Optionally, a random vibration test at low pressure may be performed.
The ISTA 3B procedure requires the performance of a random vibration test with top load. However, protocols ISTA 3E and 3H also require the performance of a random vibration test, but without top load in this case.
